We should all avoid the toxins in "E numbers" but be careful
of shunning the whole group, as they are not all bad. Make a note, as these ones are safe and potentially beneficial:
- E101 Riboflavin
- E160 Carotene
- E300/E304, Vitamin C
- E306/E309, Vitamin E
- E375 Nicotinic acid and Vitamin B3
- E440 Pectin
