About The Facilitator:
Isabel Contreras is a certified Louise Hay teacher and currently teaches the workshop leader certification training in Switzerland and France. She holds a diploma in Positive Thinking Counselling and Coaching, is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, and is also a Transformational Breathing facilitator.
Isabel has studied with many of today's leading metaphysical teachers including Deepak Chopra, Anthony Robbins, Vera Peiffer and Brandon Bays. In addition to her private practice as a counsellor, coach and therapist, she is the founder of Life Motivations, a Centre for Life Management Skills and Wellbeing. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
