Jili Hamilton, author of the first book ever written exclusively on Hopi ear treatment candles, is giving a workshop which is aimed not only at therapists but anybody interested in learning more about the treatment.
The workshop is presented informally, with the participants encouraged to ask questions or to comment as it proceeds. It consists of:
- An introduction to the Hopi ear candle treatment.
- A practical demonstration preceded by a foot massage to help the patient relax and to open the reflex zones connected to the ears, nose and throat. This sets the scene for greater receptivity to the candle treatment.
- Information on different problems for which the candles have been found effective. Jili, who has appeared at the major alternative health exhibitions in England and Scotland, will be able to share some of the knowledge she has acquired from her patients, including case histories.
- The possibility of giving and receiving a treatment.
