Shamanic Journeying

Shamanic Journeying uses the drum beat to journey into non-ordinary reality. The rhythm enables one to shift consciousness, connect with one’s inner voice and creates a deep state of relaxation in which we can become whole.

Shamanic Journeying is a powerful tool used to heal emotional and physical trauma, by retrieving soul parts which have got stuck, understanding dreams, connecting with spirit plants and animals, and by re-balancing one’s energy system.

Workshop Content

• Create sacred space within which to safely explore the Shamanic Journey,
• Connect with your spirit helpers and begin to perform energy retrieval.
• Meet your animal guide and find your own power object.
• Practical exercises to bring back lost energy due to physical and emotional trauma.

About the Facilitator

About Lucy Harmer: Lucy has an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage (UK), is qualified in Traditional Thai Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. She is also a Reiki Master and has been a Feng Shui and Space Clearing Consultant for the last 10 years. She facilitates workshops throughout Europe in Feng Shui, Space Clearing, Reiki and Shamanic Journeying. She is also the author of "Space Clearing and Intuitive Feng Shui" (published in French) and has recently been featured on Swiss television and radio.
